A Message from Diane Ravitch

| May 3, 2011

What I remember most about Robbie McClintock is this: he was the first member of the faculty to have his own personal computer. Everyone else had an electric typewriter and Robbie had a mammoth contraption that covered half his desk. It was a PC. I confess I had no idea what this bulky thing did, but he was definitely the trailblazer of TC.

Congratulations to Robbie on his retirement and best wishes for many more years of trail blazing.
